A little less guesswork.
A little more “let’s see.”
Three small ideas. One month to find the one people can’t help passing around.
Your corner of the lab
Real activity on this browser only. Last 7 days. Up to 500 events.
0 referred sessions · 0 referred completions. These are device-level signals, not global users or proven viral growth. Share clicks don’t prove an invitation was delivered. Experiment filters use all landing sessions as context.
Fun that travels.
A game being played is a start. A game being finished, shared, and played again by a friend is a loop. That’s the signal we’re testing.
- Can we get you playing? Landing → game start.
- Is it worth finishing? Game start → completion.
- Does it make the group chat? Completion → share click.
- Does the fun come back? Referred visit → completion, then return visits.
What does “viral” mean?
K = invitations per player × invitation conversion. A sustained K above 1 means each player brings in more than one new player.
Phase 1’s observable proxy is referred completing sessions ÷ completing sessions. It cannot measure actual recipients, cross-device identity, or unique humans.
We need a public deployment, a durable first-party event sink, cohort windows, and enough data to make a real growth claim. Until then, small numbers are just small numbers.
Build. Listen. Follow the fun.
Make it playable
Three working experiments. Honest instrumentation. Lots of phone testing.

A small invited cohort. Watch the funnel. Improve the strongest first impression.
Test the loop
Try share hooks. Observe returns. Pick a winner based on behavior, not vibes.
